October 17, 2025, Ellaville, GA – EH&S Director Britt Daniel has teamed with the local Schley County Fire Department to provide regular fire safety training for employees. Participants learned about the ABCs of encountering fires and were provided with a demonstration of how to use fire extinguishers with the opportunity to practice their learnings on a controlled flame.

As a team, the hands-on fire extinguisher training at TCI practiced the PASS method (Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep) with our local EMS on site. Continuous drills help our team respond quickly and safely while we prioritize prevention every day.

“Safety isn’t a program at TCI—it’s how we work,” says Daniel.

Daniel has frequent training sessions planned for various safety precautions across the facility enforcing safety first while maintaining preparedness.

Participants work with the local Schley County EMS to conduct fire safety.
