Ellaville, GA – TCI proudly hosted its fourth Annual Years of Service Luncheon on December 9th, recognizing an outstanding group of employees who reached significant work anniversary milestones ranging from 5 to 30 years. This yearly tradition reflects one of TCI’s core values, celebrating the people whose dedication, expertise, and commitment driving the success of the company.

Hosted at Harrison Woods Event Center in Ellaville, Georgia, milestone awards were presented to long-standing team members who have played key roles in shaping company culture, improving operations, and supporting customers with professionalism and care.

“Our employees are the reason we continue to grow and achieve new goals each year,” said Jill Buckley, TCI president. “Celebrating their service is our way of acknowledging the loyalty and hard work that makes TCI what it is.”

This year’s honorees represent a broad range of experience from departments across both locations including manufacturing, quality control and assurance, customer service, product development, logistics, sales, and human resources. Their collective knowledge and teamwork continue to elevate TCI and strengthen its position within the powder coating industry.
