Rennert Receives Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

AMERICUS, GA (April 21, 2026) – Alex Rennert, Quality Assurance Coordinator at TCI Powder Coatings, has received Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification demonstrates an individual’s proficiency in leading projects within their functional area.

These initiatives focus on carefully designed projects using data analysis to promote cost savings and increase quality. By using the tools learned through the certification process, Rennert assisted in increasing the production throughput of two staple products achieving a cost savings of over $300,000 annually.

Six sigma green belt is a professional certification in advanced data-driven problem-solving techniques where the project lead runs a medium-complexity projects to reduce defects, eliminate waste, and improve quality. They bridge the gap between team members while applying the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology to optimize processes and save money while doing it.
