Adhesion D-3359-02 No lifting of 1/8" squares between scribed lines when
cross hatch adhesion is tested using the prescribed tape.
Flexibility D-522-93a A coating of 2 mils or less will withstand a bend of 180°
over a 3/8" mandrel without cracking or loss of adhesion.
Impact Resistance D-2794-93 60 inch-pounds, direct and reverse, at a film thickness of 2 mils.
Impact will be influenced by formulation.
Salt Spray Resistance B-117-97 Less than 1/16" undercoating after 1000 hours of exposure
in 5% salt spray at 95° F and 95% relative humidity.
Humidity Resistance D-2247 Greater than 1000 hours with no effect at 100° F @ 100% RH.
Chemical Resistance These products have good resistance to most chemicals and solvents.
Resistance characteristics will depend on formula.
Overbake Stability These products are designed for extended and elevated exposure.
